Certificate verification

Every high end tanzanite from The Tanzanite Man comes with its own certificate of authenticity. Enter the certificate number to view and verify it.

About our certificates

Each certificate is a permanent record of one specific crystal. It captures the details that define the piece: species, origin, weight, measurements, color, pleochroism, clarity, luster, heat status, and any preparation or restoration work. It is personally sourced and inspected by The Tanzanite Man, and it stays live on this site for good, so it travels with the stone even if it changes hands.

Certificates are provided on our higher end specimens. When your piece includes one, you receive a private link to its page, which you are welcome to view, save, or print. To confirm a certificate at any time, use the lookup above or scan the code printed on the certificate itself.

Below is a sample, shown so you know what to expect.
