Refund policy

Refunds are dealt with on a case to case basis, however we have the basic refund policy that is common in the industry below.

1. Crystals purchased below 5k USD will have a 7 day return window once the item is received 

2. Crystals on Payment plans are not allowed to be returned 

3. Crystals over 5k can be returned for store credit only within 7 days

4. No returns on international shipments 

5. No returns on live show orders. We may offer store credit on a case by case basis

6. No returns on auction items during a live show

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for returning the crystal including shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
