Live sales are held on instagram during a set time. We show all of our available minerals $100 and up
HOW TO JOIN
- -We usually have live sales every month Friday or Saturday between 5 - 10 pm Central time
- -When we go live, at the top of your homepage screen our logo will glow pink and say "LIVE". Click our logo to enter.
- -If you can't find us on the homepage, go to the Tanzanite Man Instagram page and click our logo instead. You can also sign up for notifications to have Instagram ping your phone when we go live.
HOW TO CLAIM
- -To claim, type the price in the comment box and send. The first person to show up on *my screen* gets it.
- -I will say the name out loud. Please keep track of your claims, and keep your sound on.
- -Keep in mind that instagram blocks some comments, and you will always appear first on *your* screen* If your comments are being missed, instagram probably thinks you're a bot. Chat with the group to prove you are not. "Unblock" doesn't work..
GENERAL RULES
- -Payment is due by the end of next day
- - Don't claim if you can't pay by then
- -Only claim items you actually want
- -No put backs, or switching items
- - Send us a DM if you are outside the domestic United States
HOW WE INVOICE
- -It is super important to send us a private message after the live with your email so we can invoice you!
- -Once we have your email we will send out an invoice
- -You have 24 hours to pay the invoice otherwise it is canceled and you will be blocked from future live shows. You can message us with requests to extend payment
- -Payment plans are welcome on items over $500 based on your request. See our payment plans page for more info
- -If you are not from the US please let us know! Shipping cost will be different. Send us your full name, address and phone number so we can check the price
SHIPPING COSTS
- -Shipping costs are calculated by what size box your order will go in, and how much it weighs. We charge by our cost only. International orders are case by case. We do not make any profit from shipping, and we try to be as efficient as possible. To learn more about shipping check out our "Shipping" Highlight. In general, shipping will range between $6 and $22.
COMMON COURTESY
- - Avoid asking for "the best one"; it's important to be fair to everyone. Use the scan instead.
- -Respect different opinions and avoid starting arguments in the chat.
- Treat everyone in the Tanza Fam with respect; no insults or belittling.
- Respond to group messages privately rather than in the group chat.
- Don’t assume you’ve been skipped; your claim always appears first on your screen.
